At YouWearModesty, we want to ensure that you love the product(s) you purchase as much as we do.

IF that’s not the case, here’s what to do.

Please email us at youwearmodesty@gmail.com for a return or exchange request. After being notified on the issue, you can return the item to the following address. We recommend using a trackable postage method for your peace of mind!

Return

YouWearModesty can accept returns for a full refund to your original form of payment on product(s) purchase. The return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order along receipt addition to the following conditions are met. International returns are available within 28 days of delivery:

  • The product has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached.

  • The product must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it under your account if you lost the original slip.

  • You may process returns through your nearest post office. You can track your return via the chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days. Once your return has reached our warehouse, allow up to 4 business days for us to process your return or exchange. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange

We will be happy to exchange or provide a refund if within 14 days of the delivery, the product(s) purchased:

  • Do not fit for purpose or as described and of a satisfactory quality.

  • Is faulty, or where that is not possible, or the repair/replacement does not resolve the fault

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product if they had known about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the item description

 

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS AS THESE ORDERS ARE INDIVIDUALLY MADE JUST FOR YOU. 

If the problem is not major, we will repair the product within a reasonable time.

 

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
