Placing Orders

  • To place an order you will have to open an account with us. You will be required to provide us with some compulsory personal information. Please confirm that all personal information provided to us is accurate. You can at any time update and correct your details by logging into your Account.

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when payment is made.

  • Our contract with you will start when you receive the order despatch email and remain in place until the last day of your right to return the products.

Conformity of Products

  • Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct.

  • We try to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct and that all items have a fair product description.

  • We try to display our product colours as accurately as possible on the website, however the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee the colours displayed on your monitor accurately reflects the colour of the product on delivery

Payment

  • YouWearModesty only accepts full payment for all products. We accept payment methods as below:

    • Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

  • During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details.  All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. 

  • Products ordered remain the property of YouWearModesty until they have been delivered to the address specified by you.

Pricing and Availability

  • YouWearModesty ensures that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, however errors may occur from time to time which we will correct without notice. If we discover an error or we are unable to fulfil the order we will attempt to contact you and cancel the order and you will receive a full refund in the form of the original payment method.

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of Goods and Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.

Delivery

You Wear Modesty provides delivery service for all purchases within Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, United States & United Kingdom. Delivery is carried out during working hours from Monday to Friday, exclude weekends and Malaysia’s public holidays.

You Wear Modesty will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. 

Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-3 days (within Malaysia), 3- 8 working days (International).
 
However, during special circumstances like sale periods or festive seasons, delivery may take longer than usual due to high volume.

Promotions and Offers

All promotions and offers are for a limited time only and while stocks last. YouWearModesty reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the promotion or offer without notice. All promotions and offers are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
